This was something I had done a few years ago for a friend. I get a lot of inspiration from the ocean and this was kind of like a look at what is the beginning and end result of a wave.

Waves are birthed in a pretty violent and dangerous fashion, needing strong winds and storms to create the really good long period waves that surfers covet. This was an attempt to show both the ideal end result, which is a perfectly breaking wave (which depending on who you talk to can be any number of different types of waves) and the violent and tumultuous conditions from which they came.
