Firefighter Medic
Creating definitions for something as seemingly simple as ‘becoming a firefighter’, proved to be one of the most challenging and rewarding challenges we have tackled to date. Surprisingly, while there are classes and even schools dedicated fire fighting and paramedic education, there was not one class list, curriculum, or educational path that showed how to actually become a Fire Fighting or Paramedic Professional.
We worked closely with Firefightermedic.com founder Josh Sanders to develop, define and compile the site’s content, so not only was the site displaying all the content an individual would need to achieve the credentials to become an EMS professional, but to also help create the most qualified candidates for the job. Since everyone learns differently, we created a 2 pronged approach to the manor in which the massive amount of content this website contains was displayed (both visually and contextually) to reach the largest population possible.
We created an iconic mark to brand firefightermedic.com and leveraged the brand to create an icon system that is used to define the distinct informational sections of the site.
